ABSTRACT

The Effect of Headmaster's Managing Ability in Internal Coordination on Teacher Performance.
This study aims to determine the principal's managerial ability in internal coordination at MTsN Kawali, and to get an overview of the performance of teachers in MTsN Kawali and to know how the influence of the headmaster's managerial ability in internal coordination of teacher performance in MTsN Kawali, In June-August 2017 at MTsN Kawali. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach, while research method is descriptive correlation. Technique of taking sempling total sampling, instrument used is questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the headmaster's managerial ability in the iternal coordination of teacher performance at MtsN Kawali.
The sample used in this study is the class of MTsN Kawali teachers, amounting to 45 people and the number of students adjusted to the number of teachers.
The influence of the principal's ability in internal coordination at MTsN Kawali is good. This is based on the results of research conducted to respondents by using questionnaires, then calculated the scale of interpretation by obtaining the average value of 44 variables with good classification.
The performance of MTsN Kawali teachers is very good, it is based on the results of research conducted to 45 respondents by using Questionnaire, then calculated the scale of interpretation by obtaining the average value of the variable of 44.60 is above 44.48 with a very good classification. It can be concluded that the performance of MTsN Kawali teachers is very good.
The headmaster's managerial ability in internal coordination at MTsN kawali gives positive and significant influence to teacher performance there. This is based on the calculation of the correlation between the variable (X) with the variable (Y) using the rank spearman correlation formula, with r value of 0.70. The correlation numbers are at intervals of 0.61 - 0.80 with high qualification. This means that there is a high influence between the ability of the principal's meneierial in internal coordination Against the performance of teachers in the school. Through the hypothesis test is known that the correlation number is significant. Because proven pixcount 6 is greater than pixtable 1.681.
